heart palpitations, weakness in legs, shaky hands

I just started having heart palpitations recently accompanied by shaky hands and weakness in my legs. I have to go out and get some air. it has happened in the morning, and also on an empty stomach . could this be the reason for it?

It could be the fact that you havent ate or drank enough? I know when I get palpitations I feel shaky and shivery.

Yes, lack of food and drink can cause this.

I get this with panic hun...its adrenaline xxx and lack of food can def contribute as these guys say xxx
