Just stopping by to introduce myself. I recently discovered this site and hope to speak with others who share this difficult road with me. I sufer from anxiety, depression and DP. The super trifecta of torture, as I have come to refer to it, affectionately.

I'd love to connect with anyone who might be willing to offfer some helpful hints and encouragement in coping with any and all of these symptoms.
