Hi Everybody

I am new to forums, never done this sort of thing before.
Just like to know does anyone else have a problem like mine.
It all started about 28 years ago when I first started work. I had trouble breathing (felt like I couldn't take in enough air) and felt dizzy. The symptons dissapeared on their own when I fell pregnant with my first child. I had no more attacks until last year. I don't feel like I am having a panic attack as the breathing problem seems to be there all the time. It seems to last for a few weeks and then dissapears until the next attack.

Will it ever stop? :weep:

Hi Foxylady - welcome to somewhere where you will be understood. Anxiety i think can increase after having children as we as mums (and dads) suddenly have such an overwhelming job of protecting these little people!! hope you stay well xxx
