I feel silly to post this because I really want to beat this on my own.
I've had a bad day so far...bad weekend really. Boyfriend has been ranting and raving at everything...I tried to get away from him to get some peace of mind and locked myself in a room only to have him break the door down.
Needless to say this does nothing for calming the nerves. I've had this huge lump in my throat for days and my chest keeps getting tighter and it's getting harder to breath...tears are coming on.
I know it's just physical reaction to stress around me and I keep reminding myself. I would take a walk but it is pouring down with rain. Can't bring myself to sing outloud...nothing will come out.has worked in past.
