This is hypnosis CD I've used a lot to help overcome my social phobia. The CD consists of 4 tracks:
1. Be Yourself Socially will enable you to be more true to yourself when with others.
2. Assertiveness Training will help you say what you need to, when you need to.
3. Meeting People will help you enjoy that moment of first contact and build new friendships
4. Public Speaking Confidence will allow you to relax when speaking to groups, whether socially or formally.
