Another newbie

Hi to all

Just discovered this forum whilst googling around for something to worry about. Been suffering from acute phobic anxiety attacks ever since I was eight and someone told me that the earth was about to slide into another ice-age. It's been pretty much downhill ever since. I'm about to start hypnotherapy in an attempt to curtail my tendencies.
