Twitchng Hand

Hello Everyone, I thought I was doing so well! then wham I am a mess again. My main worry is my twitching hand it feels weird and at night the thumb moves on its own and my hand feels strange, it only happens when my hand is at rest but no I am really worried (for a change!).

Of course I looked up my symptom and now think I have a some nuerological illness (sorry about spelling).

I can not stop thinking about it, will this ever end.

Try not to worry, there are many posts on here about people who suffer with twitching muscles etc. I for one am of them. It varies for me with how bad my anxiety is at the time.
My lip twitches (very Elvis LOL) and my eye, all over my body really. I even had diazepam for a while to stop the twitching.


Above all if its really bothering you run it by your doctor hun.
