STUCK

HI EVERYONE

I feel stuck in my depersonilisation and I cant seem to find a way out
and all I can do is obses about it its like my old me is gone and I cant
seem to find a way back to health and peace. any suggestions on how
deal with this I want to go back to the old me my life something robbed me
of my old me.

Hi..... I understand how you are feeling and it is sooooo hard :weep: but you will find a way back...as boring as it sounds, it just takes time and support....its horrible to feel this way but it is a totally normal symptom of anxiety and anxiety can be beaten....
.....anxiety is exhusting and scary and a real confidence kicker :mad: :mad: but know that you are not alone here, many many people can relate to what you are feeling and together we can find a way back..... don't be too tough on yourself ....give yourself some more time...and you will get there

I had DP for a couple of years and I found the more I obsessed with the way I used to be the longer it took to go. I just kept myself distracted and didnt give myself the chance to think about it and eventually it faded and went.
