Pain in both arms

Long story short ....... had pain problems for year and a half. Got over them and now having nerve pain in arm when move hips. Has made me so anxious I know have pain in both arms - can this be caused by anxiety anybody else experienced this. At a very low point anxious and scared.

yep, me too. All down to muscle tension. Try not to get anxious about it, this makes you more tense and results in more pain. Don't be scared, your body is reacting the only way it knows how in this situation. Now you know this, you can take your foot off the anxiety pedal !

I have pain in both arms most days. Sometimes it really hurts but normally it is just a dull pain I try to ignore.
