Thanks a lot for your encouragement and support sam.
Its a real struggle. But im coping and getting there.
Theres days still when I dont want get up and make the effort, but ive now got a purpose in my life again.
Im fightened of so many things that at times my life seems like a joke and I feel like such let down to my family. But we all have down days, luckily they are getting fewer each week.
Thanks to everyone who has given me support on this site. I cant tell you how much your friendship and support means to me.
