sick of health anxiety to do with thyroid cancer

Iam new to this forum and I wanted to know if there were others like me. I constantly obsess over illnesses and at the moment I think I have thyroid cancer because I have a lump in the throat feeling similiar to someone holding me around the neck. I have had severe anxiety for as long as I have remembered. Is there anyone else like me?

if you read my post yesterday youll see that i said exactly the same thing!! i think ive got cancer of everywhere!! its breast most of the time even tho doc checked my lumps and bumps!! health anxiety is sooo common!! youre not on your own babe! its just anxiety.. even tho i worry myself silly too!! xx
