Hiya everyone. I just joined this site but i found it about 3 months ago and it has been such a great help just to know im 'normal'. Ive had panic and anxiety attacks on and off for about 8 years now but last year my panic attacks got worse than ever. Im working really hard to get better and i am. Its nice to know theres other people in my situation out there to talk to when times get hard.
