Hi to all my friends on NMP !!!!!

Hi, I haven't been on NMP for a week or so, I have been busy going out or sunbathing lol !!

I am doing good, I have been out for lunch a few times with my mum & brother, been to church and I didn't think I had the energy for all the dancing that they do at a gospel church but I am doing fine !! Making new friends is a great bonus, as I am now 'man' free. There is a lady who had agoraphobia for 12 years but is now better, so she is going to come swimming with me as soon as I am ready.

I have lost half a stone at weig**watchers whooooooooooo, and feel a lot more energetic.

I am still struggling with the symptoms of anxiety, mainly dizziness and unreality, but am ignoring it as best I can. :shrug:

Hope all my friends are good and also all the new ones I have yet to meet !!
