Today I have ..... had to deal with Jake's (10) grief as Hammy the hamster went to heaven!!!!:weep: Was old though, almost 2 and he died in his sleep. Didn't get up to meet me this morning like he always has. I was upset too for a bit. God Bless little Hammy xoxo

Hugs to you Lindy. I have had a better today than yesterday. I have managed to go for a little walk and be good to myself so far. I don't cope well with being overly tired but for now I am just accepting that my body is trying to tell me something.

Hi All, what a busy lot you have been - school run, visit to friend, tending flowers, going for a walk coping with losing a pet. You should all be rightly proud of yourselves :hugs: :hugs:
I have just sat down from a really loooooong day at work. We moved offices over the weekend so I was there a 6 (yes, this morning lol) to check all the departmental IT systems were working, and I finally walked in the back door at 6.30pm - I'm shattered but so pleased that it all went without a hitch and that I coped :D . Was on my feet most of the day sorting out one thing or another but I must say, it's the best day at work I've had in ages.

I suffered a huge IBS attack this morning! But still made it to my new job on time and coped there all day. Felt knackered cos of the buscopan but hey ho I did it

Today I went to my eldest sons for a bbq:D
He is a chef in a 5 star hotel!!!
Been force fed fillet steak and onions and corn on the cob for hours:D
Makes my burger and sausage bbqs look a bit lame lol:)
Ive lost a lot in my life this past year but chilling out with my grandkids and family tonight has made me count my blessings instead of my misfortunes:yesyes:
