cant eat due to panic attacks

i have lost lost of weight due to a weried sensation of a lump in my throat i cant eat any think and my family are worrieed has any one had this before

lots of us get that, its just part of the anxiety hun, its horrible, i know, but there is nothing wrong with you. i will come back and help you through that one tomorrow, i've had a hard day and need to sleep right now, but don't worry about it.
