floaters/blurred vision

i have been getting floaters today and feeling i cant focus properly why does the anxiety cause this to happen is there anything i can do to help it

I have floaters. I find if I look up at the celling then down to the floor it moves them out of the way. They are harmless. Just annoying. Have you ever had your eyes checked?

Hi,
My vision sometimes blurs too. It is because during the "Fight-Flight" reaction in anxiety, your eyes focus only on a certain distance away from you as looking for the danger i:e the big dinosaur from being a caveman when we really needed the dashed reaction.
Its horrible though and it makes me panic more even though I know why!

i have had my eyes checked and had a recent mri because of my blurred vision. my vision is blurred whether i am anxious or not. It really frightening, ive had such a long time off work. Its the first symptom i noticed and since that day, my symptoms have escalated. Find it really hard to focus. Do other people get it just when they are anxious? anyone have it constant like me?
