Hi Lindy, this is the third day in a row where I have felt terribly, terribly tired. I think my depression has taken a turn for the worse...but I am trying to go with the flow. If I fight it, I get ratty and angry with myself and more likely to act out in a negative way. Afterall it's not my fault if my body is telling me something, but a learnt "mental" behaviour to "punish" myself for anything that makes me feel uncomfortable. Still, I have mustered up the energy to go on-line, eaten some good food and have the washing machine on. Take Care Lindy.
