My current symptoms

These are my current annoying symptoms of supposed anxiety!

Skin feeling cold even on a warm day and especially on my arms and my back

Dry weird looking skin, more noticeable on my arms

Hoarse croaky voice at times.

I can't believe that they are anxiety related and obviously i'm thinking that they are related to something else.
Can anybody relate to these?

Only this evening my daughter passed a comment about how rough and dry the skin is on my arms, ive never noticed this before and i do suffer from bad anxiety, so yes i guess they are connected, how strange!!!!! Guess il have to get the old dove out lol, hope this helps you feel that your not on your own on this one

I get all three of those symptoms so I guess they could be anxiety related.

I have had the coldness on and off for the past few years especially in my hands and feet sometimes they feel icy and the next they are extra warm, I seem to struggle to get the right body temperature.

I feel if it wasn't for these symptoms i could maybe start to feel a bit better in myself! but they just fuel the health anxiety!
