Hello everyone first post for me

Well ello everyone....i've had anxiety/depression for a long time and untill today i've self medicated as i've always felt I could not go to the doc to open up and tell him how i felt.

Well today I went to see him and tonight I found this place. I guess I just wanted to hit this thing head on for once and not feel bad about feeling the way I do.

Hi Stinger and :welcome: to NMP, im so glad you found us cos we are all in the same boat and will do all we can to support you....head on is definitely the way to go.....anxiety is a big bully and like most bullies, when challenged it will crumble.... when we refuse to be afraid, it has no power over us... stay strong and hang in there, you will beat this...
