I thought that I would start this thread and if you want to add any affirmations that you find helpful. I find these good when I get unwated thoughts and feeling anxious. Repeat them over and over again.
Here are mine:-
"I am feeling wonderfully well, I radiate good health"
and
"Everyday in everyway, I'm getting better and better"
