need some advice about DP

hi i was just wondering what peoples breathing felt like when they have depersonalisation? ive got the weirdest and most scary sensation like i cannot feel air or my breathe its just like nothing. i cant feel my chest expand or air go up my nose or in my mouth. can anyone describe what there breathing feels like wi DP??

hello Caz,

I may be wrong but I don't think that your issue with breathing has anyhthing to do with your DP, it is just your anxiety making you paranoid about it. We can all get paranoid about health issues at times. Try to take your mind off it. Do a relaxation cd as I'm sure that will help..
