Office bonding trip!!

Just been told I have to go on one of these team building days!! Arghhh my worst nightmare, totally out of my comfort zone. We all have to attend and it is being held in a forest!

I struggle to drag my arse out of bed to go into the office most days and this has just thrown me. Will spend the next month panicing about it. Why can't they just leave me be. I do my work, all I want to do is come home to my family and try to lead as normal a life as possible when suffering from HA.

Does anyone else hate this sort of thing. Use to be so outgoing and confident now just want to pale into the background. All I get is come on its fun relax, enjoy, chill!!

Rant over!! lol.

I used to dread this sort of thing too, but found that once I was there, I relaxed a bit and the things we did took my mind off my anxious feelings.

What are you going to be doing?

Maybe try and see it for what it is - a chance to get to know your colleagues better and just have some fun :hugs:
