I can reach this section of the website okay so I thought I would put a message here for you to let you know that all is well.
My daughter is off school so I've been out a little bit. Not felt too bad but still getting surges of panic. Yesterday all I wanted to do was get home and sit down. I did manage to buy myself some jeans in town but that was enough. I felt exhausted. I've really been pushing myself these past few weeks and that's counter productive, I know. Must rest more!
