My name is Nicola, 20 years old. I live in Peterborough (Cambridgeshire). I signed up here mostly because i'm having a bad time with anxiety and panic at the moment. So far i've felt lots of support and comfort from reading peoples replies/posts.

Hi Nicola, the site is great, its been a real help to me - I found the symptom page really comforting, it explains a lot about what panic/anxiety can do. I have found it hard to come to terms with what I've been experiencing physically, and how it can be attributed to anxiety, but its all explained really well on here.
