Hi, I just joined this group after hearing wonderful things about it. Unfortunately, I have a lot of experience with anxiety disorders, but not enough support. I'm under additional stress right now, so a tune-up is definitely in order! I look forward to sharing with everyone, as well as giving and gaining support.
