Another Newbie!

Hi All,
I just found the site today after much general surfing on the net! I was diagnosed with panic disorder 5 years ago. There isn't a reason that I have found why I have this, but I'm just trying to live with it.
Im in the process of weaning off lexapro and am down to 10mg/5mg every other day, but am starting to find it difficult. I want to keep on the low dose and hopefully quit all together over the next year or so!
I'm looking forward to the advice I get here and maybe I can offer some help from my experiences too

thanks for all the well wishes. Im loving the site so far. To be honest, its such a reassurance to see so many others feeling the same. Its tough when you think in the long term and the im always going to be like this, but i can see from the other posts that a normal life is possible!! Looking foward to getting more invoved....
