hi guys. been suffering with this disorder for a year and a half now and i can finally say that i feel like ive got my life back! my worst fear was actually getting on a bus and going to town on my own and guess what? ive done it!! now that ive done that i feel like i can go anywhere. im so proud of myself, its taken a long time but ive finally made it. dont get me wrong i still feel really scared when im about to leave the house but now i know how to control my attacks im more confident. haha im beating you anxiety disorder coz im a stronger person than what i realised! thanx for reading guys. xx and good luck to everyone thats going through this horrible illness, stay strong and keep telling yourself that you CAN and you WILL beat this.:D
