I've just read about generalized anxiety on here; and realised that's what i suffer from; but didn't know what it was called; & also didn't realise so many other people suffered from it... It's good to know i'm not alone !!!:)

After all these years, I'm just now finding out that there are so many other people who can totally understand the same things that I have experienced. Makes us all kind of a family in a way, don't you think?
