hi everyone,
i know it sounds ridiculous, but this morning i had a cup of tea while sitting at my desk at work - my first cuppa of 2005 - and it made me so happy! my CBT bloke told me to cut out caffeine and alcohol - two of my favourite things in the whole world ever - and to be honest i haven't felt like either of them since my panic attacks started. i guess today was a sign that i have made progress and am slowly able to do things that are part of my 'normal' life, like go to work and have a cup of tea.
i have been feeling so much better in the last couple of weeks - i still have my blips, of course, but nothing nearly as bad as what i was experiencing three or four months ago. i think this site has been a huge emotional crutch and for that i am truly grateful.
anyway, i just wanted to share that with you all!
