hello, im a nebie to this site, it does look great, and i hope i can find support here, i have none at home really.

panic attacks have started up again, and im feeling a little scared to say the least...

im 26 and have 2 lovely girls (7 and 18 mths), who got woken up in all of the fainting and crying last night
