Hi Deb,

Thank you for the link, I have read, many, many things about panic, anxiety stress, mmm and yes most of my reading was on the net.

I feel that reading everything you can get your hands mm or shoud I say, cos on the net, your eyes on LOL helps you move on a little.

I do feel as well, reading not only about panic, anxiety, stress, but getting to know yourself, your personality and how the mind works is important too, getting to know that the mind is being programmed every day and it is YOU that programme it, only you can say, if your promgramming is posiitve or negative.

Reading positive things to help you move forward, ohh boy, THATS GOOD.
