I live in Israel , and as a Brazilian (raised in Brazil) I am usually happy, although am bipolar.
Lately I have been suffering from depression, which has been very hard, although somehow I work.

My doctor has prescribed lustral (sertraline) 4 a day and stabilizers. He is out of the country and since I was very depressed, I added anafranil 1 and a half a day (75 ml). Does anybody know if that is dangerous?

Eva,

I have no idea if it is dangerous but I do not think it is not a good idea to mix medications without a doctors approval. I would at least check with your pharmacist. Perhaps you could see another doctor if yours is going to be out of the country for a long time if you are so depressed, it is better than you self prescribing yourself medications. Please take care of yourself.
