Strange jabs/pins and other head sensations

Does anyone ever have sudden stange jabs of pain or near pain or pins and needles in isolated places in their head/scalp?

This happens to me from 1-5x a day. Sometimes I think something is going wrong more deeply (in my brain). I try to tell myself to ignore it, but if it's happening, shouldn't there be a reason besides anxiety?

I hit my head on the edge of a cupboard in the house about 3 months ago and was so worried about it that I ended up going to a neurologist and having a CAT scan, which was all clear. I probably overreacted but was glad to have the scan anyway.

I get sharp pains in the side of my head sometimes.

I also get pins and needles in my head to when i have panic attacks

Since being on medication mine is reduced, but head pains of all descriptions was really miserable.

Sounds like it could be anxiety induced.
