This sounds silly but i have been really paranoid about going out recently just incase something happens to me whilst im out, but today i went up the shop by myself :) and brought some bits from the shops :)

Today I shopped for a family BBQ on Sunday(should be a hoot in the rain lol)
bought some clothes for my soon due Grandson and visted a friend in hospital.....phew!!!!

I had the day off today and was still feeling really down and thinking I couldnt get any lower, grabbed my keys and my 'Bags for Life' and went off to do a weeks shopping ................ on my OWN!!! I cant believe that even tho I was feeling so bad I faced the fear and did it anyway :D
