Alrite guys, basically this just a quick introduction, my names Jay, Im from surrey, UK and ive been suffering from Social anxiety for about 6 years now.
Im now in my early 20's and find that SA is really holding me back from achieving my hopes and dreams. It is refreshing to see there are other people going through the same thing and hopefully, with each others help we can all beat this thing.
Hope to speak to you all soon, and share experiences, stories etc...
