chest pain

lately ive been noticing ive been getting really bad chest pain in the middle of my chest..usually its around heart area..does anyone else get this, and what exactly is this from??

This must be such a worry for you and propably not doing your anxiety very good either.

Have you thought about going to the GP and getting yourself checked out. Obvouisly we cannot say what it could be but only guide you in the right direction.

If you suffer anxiety , panic this can be a systom but to be on the safe side I would go to a GP.
