This may sound really childish but if your self esteem and confidence are low, buy som gold stars..and each target no matter how small it is give yourself a gold star, i did this in 1988 here are a few things i got my stars for.
30/10/88.....getting a taxi to doctors...(even though i had to sit in a room on my own to wait as i could not sit in the waiting room)
4?11?88.....going 25yds to phone box
5/11/88....staying outside in the garden for 30 mins
set yourself small targets by giving stars you can SEE what you have achieved:)
