Hey Butterfly,

welcome to NMP, the docs say thats how my anxiety and panic attacks started when i lost my mother in law at 6 months pregnant, and then i nearly lost my son at 4 weeks old to broncholitis, something triggered it all off and now its never gone away although occasionally i get longer stretches of not having them, at the moment its every night though, hopefully we can be of help to each other.
