eyes, ears and heart

hi

Just wondered if anyone could help me and tell me what this is:

if i keep my head straight, and move my eyes to either the right or left, i feel really weird and can feel my heart beating in my head and ears and also my heart beats hard in my chest. this only happend for maybe a second or two after moving my eyes.

the thing is, does anyone else get this and now i cant stop doing it!!!!

I think you may find this is palpatations & again anxiety. I get it all the time, if you go out & distract yourself you may notice it goes? Anxiety is a super clever thing!
