Hello my name is "Sassy", ok not really, but what's the chances someone might see my real name on here? LOL

I have been struggling with anxiety since I was a teenager. Now I'm in my 30's and having panic attacks for about a year and a half. I have to see a doctor about it really soon as the attacks are getting worse.

I'm from USA! I see this forum is for the UK but welcomes everyone. This seems like a great place to post and encourage others as well as get some needed input from others.
