Breathing Right
Am finding that its so hard to keep the breathing pattern consistent.
Like when things become overwelming try and breathe in for three hold it then realease it counting from 0 to 3, or 8 to 1.
Thing is so many intrusive thoughts come in echoes in the mind cant switch them off sometimes and its like just SIGH so much instead of keeping a constant breathing pattern.
Some discs regulate the breathing counting breaths per minute but when am doing other things its hard to focus on breathing as well.
Also am very self aware and self consceuss about doing it in public as well because feel like might look like a weirdo or a freak but shouldnt care what people think but problem is do so much.
Hope that can get the breathing right and not feel threatned or judged by doing it.
