im getting waves of what i think is panic as i type this :(
Chest starts to feel weird...like theres something wrong...like hearts gonna stop or something,then weak legs,weird feelings wash through me head,make me feel like i wanna faint, honestly feel like im going to die any minute.
I hate feeling like this,trying so hard to relax as im so tired,does this sound like panic as im so scared theres something very serious wrong with me :(
