breathing problems again

Hi Again
Im in a bit of a pickle and would really like some help/advice, this isnt the first time ive posterd on here with this problem, but i seem to be getting worse.
Im having terrible problems with my breathing, it starts off with a nasty tickle in my throat then develops intp a feeling of not being able to breath and im so frightend by it all, went to the docs about it and she gave me a paek flow meter to measure my breathing to see if im astmatic, everytime i do it im between 300 and 400 on the meter which im told is not an asthmatic.
S o is all this really down to my anxiety and panic??? would really like some feedback on this to see if im not the only one suffering with it

hi yes it is down to anxiety i get it all time unfortunatly , if you are really worried you could always ask for a ecg to put your mind at rest hope you feel better soon

Yeah, it sounds like anxiety to me. :)

Sometimes panic attacks can even feel alot like asthma attacks, I had trouble figuring out mine were panic attacks because I also suffer with asthma.

I would say this is one of my worst sympton of anxiety.

I have it really bad today, it's awful so i no how you feel.

Sometimes if i sit and count backwards from 100 in multiples of 3 it helps.
