How do people cope with it. I feel tired all day sometimes so brain tired and bored then I can't sleep at night. The tiredness makes me depressed and then being depressed makes you tired. Any ideas?

hi simba the only thing i would suggest is set yourself little goals every day little jobs and exercise too whether its indoors or out, i put my ipod on and brisk walk every day. at first i was exhausted but after few weeks i had heaps more energy, motivation i was happier and was much more positive. hugs xxxxxxxxxxxx
