Slow Heart rate

Hi Guys,

like all of you i have been to the docs,hospital many times thinking I was having a heart attack to be told that I suffer from anxiety. Alot of people get a fast heart rate but mine is very slow! does anyone else suffer with this?

Yes I have very low blood pressure and low resting heart rate. This can make you feel a bit lightheaded which can make you panic.

Mine is hereditary - my mum was the same.

If that is the case does this mean that the light headness, dizziness & blurred vision are not a sympton of anxiety but that I have got a heart problem?? i have had many ecg`s and been told that its fine???

Sometimes I got that too. I almost suffer from rapid heart beat but sometimes I got very slow heart beats and It was freaking me out everytime :D

But don't worry, It won't harm you. The more you focus on that, the more you think/feel it slower
