Dizziness

I was just wondering if anyone has any good tips for dizziness, I find a sugery drink and some chocolate helps a bit, just wondering if anyone else has some advice.

If you are finding that a little sugar helps with the dizziness, you could have low blood sugar in which a little sugar will help to put it back to where it needs to be..:) Hope this helps.
