I ate my 1st meal about 4 hours ago after a month of constant nausea and am starting to feel sick and I can feel myself starting to panic. Anyone know what I can do to stop the nausea/panic??
To stop nausea usually eating ginger biscuits or sucking on peppermints helps to calm your stomach. I've tried that myself recently and it worked.

hiya hun try to keep busy anything housework emails, sing, dance wot ever to take your mind off it. i know it sounds a silly thing to say but block it out and think happy thoughts it can be done until the panic has gone xx

Thank you both :] I can't get over how lovely people on here are! I'm sitting in bed with some polo's cos they were the mintiest things I could find! So far so good I'm starting to feel better :]
I'm watching cape fear... Apparently its scary, is helping take my mind off things but it looks like it won't help when I try to sleep tonight!
i get so annoyed with myself for worrying over such a small thing but it really gets me down.
haha keep a pillow handy to hide behind, im sure you will be fine hugs xx
