switching meds

is it safe to switch from 10 mg citalopram to 20 mg paroxatine docter says its ok ot i am not sure any advice is much appreciated thanks

:) Hi I did it and was absoloutely fine... I don't blame you however ,for being sceptical about you doctor ,as you hear so many things going wrong ;in the medical profession although i have to say that is largely; down to media interpretation and not neccassarily fact. GOOD LUCK... Juanna

Do you trust your doctor? Sounds as if the relationship might be a bit rocky. If you don't you need to see someone you do trust and whose recommendations you can abide by:shades:
