worry about everything

Hi I am new to this but I need some advice.I have a hard knot on the left side of my neck, kind of below my ear and I am so worried that is some kind of tumor, I have panic attacka alot and I worry about my health all of the time.Someone please tell me what else this could possibly be. I have had it for at least a year maybe longer I really don't know.Thanks

Hi there and welcome. Have you never asked a doctor what it could be? It could be just a cyst or a swollen gland or something like that, but a doc would know better maybe.
