Hey Anna

Please don't worry. You could have bitten the inside of your mouth in your sleep that can look white. Or it could be oral thrush, there are plenty of us on here that have had this, there was a thread on this not so long ago in fact. Oral thrush can present itself with white spots.

Please please don't worry my love, and more importantly don't google.

Much love

I get white spots often, they're called afte/aftic ulcers or something like that. They hurt a lot and take about a week to heal - mouth wash to keep them clean helps. They're completely harmless... but they hurt.

I've had these white ulcers too and they hurt like all get out. I have heard they come from upset stomachs but don't know if that is true. I would also try rinsing your mouth out with salt water, stings but heals faster. Stress can also cause them, had tons when I wore braces when I was younger. Hope they heal quickly.

Take care,
